I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing, and the sailing Instructions of the Snow Flurries Regatta Race committee.  “I understand that I am assuming the risk of any injury or damage I may sustain as a result of participation in this race.  In consideration of my acceptance by the Port Clinton Yacht Club to enter the race, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Port Clinton Yacht Club, its members, agents and employees, and the Snow Flurries Regatta Race Committee, from any and all liability for injury or damage to my person or property, or the person or property of my crew, social guests, licenses or invitees that may accompany me onboard my watercraft, resulting from my participation in this event.
